The Road to Great Queen Street Starts Here

Some Masonic meetings are just meetings. Some are the ones you’ll remember being at.

On Friday 16 October, East Kent Freemasonry heads to one of the most iconic Masonic buildings in the world as W.Bro Trevor Carter is invested as our new Provincial Grand Master and Provincial Grand Superintendent at Freemasons’ Hall, Great Queen Street.

And we want the Light Blues to be part of it.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be taking you along The Road to Great Queen Street, answering the questions you might have about the day, particularly if you’ve never been to Freemasons’ Hall before.

  • What actually happens at an Investiture?
  • What’s it like inside Great Queen Street?
  • What do you wear?
  • Who can attend?
  • And what do you actually need to know before you go?

We’ll cover all of it.

But more than anything, we’re going to explain why 16 October is shaping up to be a day worth making the trip to London for.

The Road to Great Queen Street starts next week.
