Light Blues Communications 2026

The Annual Light Blues Communication 2026 was held on Saturday, 30th May 2026, at the historic Freemasons’ Hall in London where around 30 members from East Kent joined over 1,600 Light Blue Freemasons from across the globe.

After an early breakfast, the meeting was opened by Lodge Sine Nomine No. 10,000, followed by the Pro Grand Master and his team leading the communication. It provided a rare opportunity for newer members to experience a Grand Lodge meeting.

The primary presentation and lecture topics focused on:

  • Thriving Membership: Focus areas included attracting new candidates, modernising the initiation experience, and improving member retention across local clubs.
  • Coherent Organisation: Presentations covered establishing consistent communication and unifying practices across different Provinces and Districts while maintaining local traditions.
  • Community Engagement: Lectures highlighted how younger Masons can actively volunteer their time, professional skills, and effort toward local community service rather than just financial donations.
  • Royal Arch Masonry: A concluding presentation given by representatives of the Committee of General Purposes for the Royal Arch, which focused on how the Royal Arch completes the journey of “Pure Antient Freemasonry”.

The event featured a live recording of Craftcast in the Grand Temple, alongside interactive sessions with the Solomon Live team.

The day celebrated the future of Freemasonry, with Light Blues clubs from multiple provinces—including Guernsey, Nottinghamshire, Buckinghamshire, Durham, and Cambridgeshire—connecting and socialising in London.

We hope to continue to share good practice across Light Blues Clubs with all our new friends.
